Shipping, Terms & Info

Gecko Haven guarantees live arrival on all animals shipped. If your animal arrives deceased, you must contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with a photo. We will issue a store credit or replacement animal at our discretion. In order for any live arrival or health guarantee to be put in place you MUST email us within 30 minutes of pickup or contact us through Facebook or Morph Market with a code that is written on the bottom of the deli cup your pet was shipped in. There are no exceptions to this! Pickup at the FedEx hub location must be within one hour of the location opening to the public. Obtain prior approval if you can't do this.

All live animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. We do not ship via any other carrier. Shipping is available Monday through Wednesday to ensure animals do not sit in a FedEx facility over the weekend.  We do offer pickup for customers who are local to our area.  Prior arrangements need to be made before selecting this option.

We will not ship if temperatures at either the origin or destination are below 36°F or above 90°F. This is for the safety of the animals. We will work with you to find a suitable shipping window.

Payment accepted at checkout includes all major credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. If you need to pay in a different way please contact us and we can discuss that with you. We can offer Zelle, Venmo and PayPal just not on this site. Payment is due in full before shipment. We offer a 30 day payment plan on geckos over $200. A 30% deposit is required to set up a plan. Please use the contact us button to set this up.

We do not accept returns on live animals. All sales are final. Please ask all questions before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional photos if you do not see the angle you need.
